Crypto Circus is a satirical entertainment platform. It is not a news site, a financial service, or a factual directory. All content is community-generated opinion and satire about public figures who have voluntarily entered public discourse, primarily in the cryptocurrency space.

2. YOUR SUBMISSIONS

By submitting a nomination you confirm that:

• The account you are nominating is a real public X/Twitter account
• Your reason is opinion or satire, not a false statement of fact
• You are not submitting private personal information, home addresses, phone numbers, or any non-public data
• You are not using the platform to organise targeted harassment
• You take full responsibility for the content you submit

We reserve the right to remove any submission at any time for any reason.

3. SATIRE DISCLAIMER

Crown and Clown designations are the result of community voting and represent collective opinion, not factual assessments. Being labelled a "Clown" or "King" on this platform is satirical in nature and should not be taken as a statement of fact about any individual's character, competence, or conduct.

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT

You must not submit content that:

• Contains private personal information (doxing)
• Makes false statements of fact designed to damage reputation
• Targets private individuals who are not public figures
• Is designed to organise coordinated harassment off-platform
• Is motivated by personal vendettas unrelated to public crypto activity
• Violates any applicable law

5. TAKEDOWN REQUESTS

If you are the subject of a nomination and believe it contains false statements of fact, private information, or otherwise violates these terms, you can submit an appeal through our appeals process. We will review and respond within 7 days. Kings and Clowns may also use the in-platform appeal mechanism to put their case to the community directly.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Crypto Circus is provided as-is for entertainment purposes only. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, content submitted by users, or decisions made based on anything published here. Users are solely responsible for their own submissions. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice.

7. CHANGES

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
