1. WHAT WE COLLECT
When you use Crypto Circus we may collect:
- X/Twitter handle when you sign in
- Nominations, votes, comments, and likes you submit
- Basic usage data such as pages visited
We do not collect payment information, location data, or any sensitive personal data.
2. HOW WE USE IT
Your data is used solely to operate the platform — to display your nominations, record your votes, and show your profile. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use it for advertising.
3. WHERE IT IS STORED
Data is stored securely using Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting). Both are GDPR-compliant services. Data is stored on servers within the EU/US. Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth using your X/Twitter OAuth credentials — we never see your X password.
5. COOKIES
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
6. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
We use the following third party services to operate the platform:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Vercel — hosting and deployment
- Unavatar.io — profile image fetching from public X profiles
- X/Twitter OAuth — sign in only, we do not post on your behalf
7. CHANGES
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
